Educator Support Specialist
I have been in the childcare industry for 27 years. I hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care along with other mandatory certificates including First Aid and Child Protection. I worked in Long Day Care for many years moving into my position of Educator Support Specialist for Family Day Care in 2024.
I have played many roles within this time from room leader to nominated supervisor, and anything in between, but the main role I am most proud of is my role as a mother to three handsome boys. I am very passionate about early childhood as I love watching children learn through play and getting down on their level to understand the way they use their skills to develop and grow. I also love to see the educators as they thrive in their own environment and always welcome us with a smile on their face.
