I have had the privilege of working with BHFDC for over 16 years. Before joining the coordination team, I was a Family Day Care educator while my own children were younger, which gave me valuable firsthand experience and a strong understanding of the educator role.
I am passionate about supporting educators to be the best they can be by providing guidance, encouragement, and practical support. I enjoy building positive relationships with educators and families and helping to create high-quality learning environments where children can thrive.
